How can I claim my discount?
We offer many great discounts on the already great prices we have on our site, so if you'd like to use a discount code with your order please ensure you remember to apply it when checking out.
When you open 'Your Basket' you will see the following screen:
To use the code you've been given for a promotional discount please enter it in the box under VOUCHER CODE. Simply click on 'Add' and the discount will be applied to your order.
If a code is not applied at this point, we can't apply it to the same order later on.
General Terms and Conditions for discount codes
• The codes can only be used on line and are not applicable for telephone sales or in store • Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift vouchers • Discount codes can only be used once • Only one discount code can be used per order • The codes cannot be applied retrospectively • If a discount code includes a minimum spend the shipping cost is not inclusive of the minimum spend • Please always check further terms and conditions supplied with the code
