Responsible for dealing with goods that need returned or have developed a fault.
There is no necessity to contact the returns department before sending goods back, however if you do need to contact returns, please email sales@chainreactioncycles.com though in most cases this is not necessary and you can just complete a returns form and return any unused items.
If your goods have developed a fault during use and you think you need to make a claim under the warranty of the product then please email sales@chainreactioncycles.com
