Quick shifting. stops ghost shifting and improves old n worn rear gearboxes smashed mine of seats,logs,rockes,steps,grit boxes, and still works as good as the day i got it so it is very durable need to take rear mech to fit it but its well worth £9.99 would i buy an other yes and now they are only £7.99 on the best bike website chainreaction

I bought this off mi friend for £7, that was £7 well spent. My gears were reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelly skrewed, now they arent perfect but they ain't that bad, and hell I only have an Alivio rear mech. If you have a SRAM rear mech dont get this coz u dont need one, a version is included on ur derailleur. Overall they work damn well and the red looks kul, although u get sum funny looks tellin people what it's called.

I got one on my duel set up, it makes my super short 105 rear mech run very,very smooth. Gets rid of the nasty angle, I now use a very small completely straight piece of flax jacket cable, the dia is bigger so there is bugger all friction. Get a red one! One of the BEST up grades you can get for your rig.
