It's carbon fibre, it's a lightweight frame hence it being thin. Of course it's not mean't for triple clamp forks 10 inch rotors and hucking off 50ft drops.
Might look thin, but I've thrashed one of these for 2 years, absolutely no problems. Very fast, very very agile and very forgiving, in a word, brilliant!
