The flask I received didn't come with a cap (not the end of the world) and it isn't easy to open with your teeth. The head is angled making it easier to get the last drops out of it without having to tilt you head so far back it feels like it's snapping. A handy tip for all you users: when filling the flask, whilst holding the gel pack upside cut into the other end of it with some scissors and you'll be amazed just how much more will come flowing out!

This is the perfect item for carrying multiple gels. Takes away a lot of hassle. I don't know why some people have got the flask without a cap but I've had a few now and each time it came with the cap on!

Have been using these for years, have the older version and would not be without one on those long rides. No sticky fingers, no bits of gel packing to get rid of when riding.
