Betty is our DH/FR baby. She likes it rough and she will take you anywhere you want to go. With 9” of travel, she can take what you can dish out. To be honest I doubt you could handle her. Her rear is setup with a Horst pivot and a heavy duty Compression Reactive Chain Stay.
Saint compatible just because extreme rides need tough components. We also incorporated a multiple location shock mount for those of you who just can’t leave things stock.
I used this for the first time today at the local bike park. I set it up with a cane creek double barrel, and manitou dorado fork. The rest is standard downhill freeride components. Build quality is excellent. This is one solid frame. It has a long feel and is super stable. there is no flex in the frame anywhere. It was a bit of a bear to get it around some of the tighter switchbacks, but the rear was softer than the front. Once the suspension is balanced, we'll see what its like in the tight areas. Pedaling efficiency is good for a bike set up this way. Its heavy lifting it off and on the stand, but it rides much lighter than the scale says it is. It also stands out in the crowd of all the norcos and konas at the parks.
update from above: with the front and rear suspension balanced, the handling is spot on. It still feels a bit long in tight switchbacks, but this is the terrain of a slopestyle bike, not a FR/DH rig. This bike flies straight and lands seamlessly (the Cane Creek double barrel and the Dorado take a lot of the credit). This bike has the tight feel of a late model motocrosser.

This is very sutiable for Downhill, I´d descbribe it as bomb-proof. Mine is equiped with a 888rc2x and i feel the bikes suspension swallowing every rock or gap there is on a track.
It´s fast on open ground but a bit slower on rockier ground and because it´s quite long you have to work on your turns with this frame but overall it´s great on fast tracks with lots of rockgardens.
