Super pédales, légères belles éfficaces, même déclipsée on garde un appuis correct de la chaussure, bonne surprise. Les clipsages et déclipsages sont francs. Dans la boue la quartz reste propre, malheureusement si la semelle est sale il n'y aura pas de miracle. une petite correction toutefois; le poids exact est de 130g pièce sans les cales.
These are not 'plug & play' pedals / cleats. However if you invest about (30) minutes of time you will discover the best off road pedal system out there. The design copies the Time Atac but these are so much lighter. When correctly installed you end up with a small 'platform' for the treads of your shoes. This is very nice.
Tips; the black resin spacers cannot be used in combination. DO NOT sandwich a 1mm and a 2mm resin spacer together. It won't work. You must choose; NO spacers (only the bare cleat) or the .5mm metal spacer or the 1mm spacer or the 2mm spacer. The only 'combination' using two of the spacers allowed by Look is to place the metal .5mm spacer between one of the black resin spacers and the cleat itself. I found this combination to be best; 2mm spacer against the sole of the shoe, next the .5mm metal spacer, last the cleat.
One more tip; when working to determine the proper cleat spacer to use, it is helpful to clip the shoe in to the pedal and then take your foot out of the shoe. This allows you to take a close look at the cleat, pedal interface. good luck
these are very easy to get into and out of, are superlight so you can use them on your road bike(if like me you prefer mtb shoes). you have to try different cleat depths supplied but once set up these are the best pedal i have ever used.
