Definitely one for XC riding. It's light, with a typical tread pattern (similar to Bontrager Jones and Specialized Roll X) that is well spaced and sheds mud well. Seems to roll on hardpack fairly well too. Not sure about the tread wear as I haven't had it long enough, but damn good in all other areas!

Uncomparable traction and grip in these groggy british weather turns we have.... i got the 2.3 kevlar version and so far has performed outstandingly giving complete stability and poise when attacking trails in the wet and cold mud eugh... get an inner with it-really does produce an outstanding tyre tube combo.. happy trails

Been using these for a while and so do a few of my mates.
Use them in Wales for all weather XC
We tend to use the 2.1 Kevlar.
With the high level of side tread I can totally trust this tyre to hold me on the track no matter how s***e the weather conditions.

They do wear down a little fast but a small price to pay for not eating a facefull of welsh rock or grit.

Will be taking these to whistler soon ... Will keep ya posted!!!
