A well constructed light and clamp and @ under £6.00 and ABSOLUTE BARGAIN. Very bright white light ideal for low light areas. Buy two and I’m sure they would give ample light for general off road conditions. The plastic strap, which clamps the torch to the bracket (not a rubber band), simply pushes down onto a plastic ratchet. I though once I hit the cross-country stuff this would just pop open. How wrong I was. Stayed in place the complete ride.The light clamp also rotates 360 degrees for added light adjustment.
where to start! the quality of this item is terrible! the clamp is flimpsy, i don't trust it on my local bumpy roads, the light can easily pop out. the batteries rattle inside the casing causing the lights to flicker and sometimes completely switch off (solved with pvc tape around the batteries tho). no flashing modes. however the price is fantastic so if you just need an extra solid beam for the front of your bike it could suit you great. me, i'm replacing this asap. i'm annoyed because this is not the first polaris product i've owned, the the other lights i've had from them were fantastic quality but this product certainly does not meet their usual quality standard.
Great as a torch. The bracket takes up too much space on the handlebars and it wouldn't lock in place. The top half of the bracket can revolve 360' and when riding it wouldn't stay in the position I wanted it to, ie forward. Also it rattled like mad. If I hadn't of thrown the packaging away when I picked it from my local sorting office it would've been returned.
