These are a good pair of shoes. note. all the top black bits in the picture are actually brown but still looks really good. they seem really good quality and after the first ride they are comfy enuogh but still need bedding in.
On the size front i would say go half a size bigger then usual as i bought my normal size and its almost to tight but still comfy. And as the other reveiw said these are quite stiff shoes but not to stiff. and they provide amazing grip, they just need some getting used to. For the mo these are really good shoes but time will tell about the quality and durability.
Grip is great from this shoe on a FLAT pedal, they lace up nice and tight and the fold over flap keeps the Cr@p out, only let down is the lack of grip on mud when pushing back up for your next run if its wet! but as I like them a lot and wanted a smooth/ grippy sole for the FLAT pedals its only a minor problem that I expected/ can deal with! Beware of Shimano sizing, they do not translate to UK sizes, shimano size EU not UK so find a conversion chart on the web before ordering! Top Shoe A+
These are really good, stiff but not too stiff, comfy, well built and look really good. Only thing is you gotta be very careful with sizing. I wear 43.5/44 after some research I decided I would need a couple number larger size so I decided to get 46 (thought better larger then smaller) and when they arrived they seemed little too big but when I put them on they were tiny tiny bit too small, which honestly is not an issue at all. Still, 5 stars.
