These guards are great. They protect the whole area from your shoes to above your knees. They have good ventilation and they fit very well. I haven't tried them in the summer but in winter (around 0 degrees) they are warm and comfortable. I haven't tried so many other knee&shin guards so I can't compare with something else but I like those.
these shinnies are excellent, there is no other explanation to do apart from that. I would only wear these with shorts though, with short is feels like ur wareing trousers, and with trousers u feel like ur legs are going to start boiling ur ur blood!!
Excellent - I would advise these to anyone.
I bought these pads as part of the twin pack including the elbow pads. I'm 6ft 1in medium build and bought them in medium size, they are a good snug fit on me but a couple of the straps are a little long once tightened, the area around the back of the knee does move about a bit but this isn't really a problem once you are on the trail. I would recoment these to anyone but make sure to measure round your leg before ordering.
