My first foray into clipless pedals. Despite warnings from regulars of falls a plenty I've had none. Bought with a set of Shimano shoes they were easy to fit and even easier to use. They have adjustment to tension (although I haven't needed to alter anything from standard as yet) and are easy to clip into and out of.
After five years of use my VP102 pedals started to get a bit dodgy so i thought I should replace them. Got a pair of these and they are fantastic. They do everything they are supposed to, and do it well. Was so impressed i got a second pair for my commuter bike. They get a five from me as they work and they are cheap, oh so very cheap.
Fitted in minutes. Didn't have to adjust the tension.Went out riding. No problems what so ever. Very reliable. Clipping in was very psoitive and getting out was easy. The bearings are smooth and the standard of build is the usual Shimano top notch. Not the lightest pedal out there but if efficency is important then they get top marks. Mud doesn't seem to bother them either. For the money they are excellent value.
