*Direct fit: the brake calliper fits to the Post Mount of the fork or frame without the need for an adaptor to use the rotor size to which the fork or frame Post Mounts (PM) have been designed. Check whether the Post Mounts on your fork or frame are PM6”, PM 7” or PM8”.

Magura brakes that are supplied with a rotor also include an adaptor to allow fitment to the Post Mounts on the fork or frame.
Brake packages for Direct fit to a fork or frame do not include an adaptor e.g. 180mm – PM 7” since the rotor size is correct for the Post Mounts on the fork or frame already.
An IS to PM adaptor is always included with Magura brakes listed as IS for the rotor size included.
