Not the easiest overshoe to put on - but not the hardest either. It'll keep your feet warm - and so far have kept mine dry (although nothing more than light drizzle and wet roads so far).
Perhaps the best thing about this overshoe, is that it has a reinforced toe area so walking in them won't tear them. Seams are taped on the inside too to help keep the water out and make them a little tougher. OK, the cuff around your calf is not as snug as some others but it's not a problem.
Overall it's a quality product - but then you would expct that from pro - which is an offshoot of Shimano
