To achieve maximum frame rigidity, an extremely rigid bottom bracket shell is required to transmit maximum power from the bottom bracket to the chain. BeOne frames have a MONOBOX bottom bracket shell/chainstay construction and an OVERSIZED BOTTOM BRACKET. The MONOBOX construction means that our bottom bracket and the chainstays are one piece and not bonded together as in most other frames. Combined with an OVERSIZED BOTTOM BRACKET, we estimate that this, should result in 100% energy input = 100% forward motion.
For our down tubes and front forks, we use a unique construction method that we have labelled Double Chamber. We have integrated a secondary supporting internal carbon wall throughout the entire carbon downtube to prevent torsion. The down tube is particularly susceptible to torsion, which results in a loss of energy and forward motion.
Each pedal stroke causes immense pressure on the down tube and bottom bracket. With Double Chamber technology you can be assured that this is reduced to a minimum and that your energy is directed towards forward motion.
