One the most comfortable shoes I had. The sole is sufficiently stiff for biking but not enough to stop you walking the trail, climbing that hill or just walking into the high street bank without scratching the cleats. Like all North Wave shoes it has lots of toe room but be sure to buy a size larger than a Shimano. Some Shimano light shoes are more comfortable to walk on but can’t take them on a trail, too fragile, so this is the definitive all propose shoe or the second pair next to the expensive stuff for those that race.
Very comfortable to wear around the house, and the sizing is bang on BUT... cut the cleat part of the sole away and there is no plate in the sole, so the shoe cannot be fitted with cleats until you source some internal plates for the cleat to screw in to...VERY annoying when you're hoping to use the shoes straight away!
