As this bolt is used to just get enough tension in the BB bearings making it our of plastic becomes obvious. Watch the video at Hope he just does it up hand tight back it off then does it up again. If you need a metal one your doing the bolt up way too tight.
THIS is a perfect replacement for the plastic original bolt. My original sheared on the second tightening. This has the air of quality about it and wil last and last!
