Technical paddles are available in several sizes. Larger paddles will more cause more resistance in the water and will result in a higher-impact workout. Smaller paddles are most ideal for frequent use.

These paddles improve technique in the first place, the most important thing for me - it's literally impossible to make incorrect strokes with them! Easy to put on and take off, very steady in the water. Don't forget to buy a pullbuoy for legs. Recommended!

I have tried these, sadly don't own any cos of lack of stock.

Use just the middle-finger loop and you have to do your freestyle technique correctly or they fall off. Pick small ones unless you want big shoulders.

I had been using smaller finger paddles, but immediately felt the difference with these. My stroke feels more disciplined and I feel I'm moving though the water more quickly and smoothly. Makes swimming more fun. Love them!
