For the money this frame is a peach and a looker too. I got the on one forks to go with it (also very nice) so that I can build a light, fast, rigid, go-anywhere bike. There are some nice touches to the frame, i.e. the wishbone stays with lots of wheel clearance, the excellent top tube routed cable stops and the gussets on the head tube. Also, the 16" frame has a very sloping top tube design (top tube goes well below the top of the seat tube) so there's plenty of room between the frame and your goolies. I highly recommend this frame.
This is one of the best hardtail frames out there. The original long top tube geometry combined with a short stem and the flexibility of steel give this a magic feeling ride. As a bonus no one will be indiferent to the old school look of this Bride White beuty! especialy the rear stay configuration Dekerf style. The only criticism you can make to this frame is the weak paint wich chips of a bit easy. on everything else this frame will leave a wide grin on every true mountain biker's face :D
just a warning for all you jumpers out there: long top tube frames are more dificult to bunny hop so look elswhere if thats your cup of tea...but as they say this is a bike for riding not jumping ;)
had mine for about 3 months. i built it from bits off my kona kickapoo. fitted it with new wheel set from grafamwater cycles. the bike is really good at everything. the paint is not very good but it dose not matter as i am going to have it re-painted. do your self a favour, if you ride a full susser, get one of these frames and build your self a hard tail and have some real fun.
