Optimized for use with the Bell Muni and Arella helmets, Blackburn's Flea 2.0 USB Rear is the one of the lightest and brightest rear flashers you'll find. Three flash modes (steady, flash and chase), long run times and super simple USB charging make the Flea Rear a hit already. Being a perfect fit to the Muni and Arella is icing on the cake.
USB/Solar version includes environmentally friendly solar panel to charge via standard usb port when you are on the go.
I have owned two sets of these lights (both front and rear)They both have an impressive power output for there size, i did find the rears lasted ages before i had to charge them again. The only doubt i would offer is that i have had two rears fail on me after riding on road in the rain and snow. They would keep flashing after i had turned them off suggesting water ingress so i sent the first one back (replaced no problem)and after hanging on to the second for a few days vainly trying to charge it (no response)it suddenly charged as it should, flashing, bright flashing when finished but would not stop flashing after i took them off and the buttons would not work!I left it another couple of days and now it works perfectly!i now ride with them in a plastic protective bag!!!
This tiny little light is still more powerful than your average 10€ light and its cool enough to be battery free but ... If you buy its front counterpart then soon you'll realise that this light is not as bright as your front one!
After the surprise I got from the front version I was hopping for something quite spectacular but instead just got a little better than average back light.
It's as simple as it gets to install it. In fact I install it and remove it every time I park the bike outside. The velcro strap is really good and reliable.
The middle blackburn logo is your only button so a simple design can't go wrong. Your different modes are all there and they work fine.
