What can I say this bike has totally blown me away. Rode Cwmcarn dh, Xc and ripped up at he FOD to get everything dialled in. Climbs really well considering its quite a hardcore machine and descends like a super agile dh bike. Great spec and sweet colour very eye catching . One thing to note, the rear shock does collect a lot of mud, I hope they bring a guard out soon or I'll have to get one made up. Once you get up to speed this thing is lke a cruise missile . I thought my last bike was perfect for me but this is just something else, I just want to get out and ride the wheels off it every opertunity I get (shame I got to work). Anyone thinking of buying do it, it can handle anything as the name states ups downs , all day rides. I love it. Super powerful rx brakes , plush suspension, slick 10 speed group set + great quality commencal own branded parts. A lot of money but worth every penny in my opinion.
Got this delivered to my front door by DHL on wednesday after a 2 week wait but it sure was worth waiting for! The bike was pretty much ready to go after 10 minutes of "tinkering" and 50 minutes of just looking at it. It really is eyecatching. CRC also included all the tools needed and a water bottle! I had to add some air to both the front and rear suspension(im 1.95m and 90 kilos), but was not much work. The headset also had some play in it so had to tighten it up a bit. Rode it about 10km on road on a relatively steep climb the whole way, didnt break a sweat !! Then i hit the local forest trails and WOW. Just floats over roots and rocks like their not even there... Taking it to Hafjell (the whistler of europe ;) ) this weekend to test it out on the downhill tracks :D Should be interesting! The bike is lightish, but feels strong and gives me confidense when riding. Been on it about 15 hours in 3 days hehe, cant stop riding. I think i will add a dropper post sometime in the future :)
Positives: Looks, weight, sturdy feel, 2x10 gea**et and price ! Negatives: Play in headset on arrival(easily fixed), Had to modify the car mount as the top tube is THIK ! Rear shock also collects mud like theres no tomorrow
Over all, great "do it all" bike for a great price!
Bought this bike as my first full suspension bike and although i could have spent less, i could have spent a hell of a lot more on one!! Took a few runs get to grips with it but after my first full day at Antur Stiniog im left very impressed. Granted i am new to this scene and dont really know whats good and whats bad, but it worked all day, performed brilliantly and left me with a smile on my face. I would recommend this bike to people in the same skill set and experience as me but maybe a seasoned pro would find fault with it. I did get a puncture after reading that the Rocket Ron tyres were prone to pinch punctures in a review elsewhere so may change that in time. Brakes are amazing and were one of the major draws to this bike for me. The internal cable routing is a little bit rattly knocking about normally but as soon as you start descending your mind goes off it and are focused on the path ahead.

What and how to measure up
The majority of our sizing guides take into consideration your height and inside leg as it gives you two points of reference to help choose the right bike size for you.
All measurements are best taken in your bare feet and with the help of someone else.
Stand upright against a wall with your legs together and shoulders back.
Place a pencil on the top of your head and mark the wall, measure to the mark and take a note of your height in feet and inches.
To measure your inside leg, stand barefoot and measure from the floor, up the inside of your leg.
