I bought these 3 months ago for my wifes's elderly communting bike - no punctures yet and they're fast and comfortable. I have also borrowed her bike to do the Marin trail in Wales with these tyres fitted(my own bike is still at home and I'm too much of a cheapskate to rent)- they obviously wouldn't be your first choice for trail riding but I was surprised at how well they coped with the abuse. Recommended.
I mostly use these for commuting in the summer to/from college. They provide good consistent grip on road surfaces and work on dry offroad surfaces aswell, i have not tested them on any hardpacked single track or anything. I think i would rather have a wider tire for that as the picture makes these tires look considerably wider than they are.
I have riden about 60-80 miles on them and had no punctures yet and found them pretty comfortable.
I ride a XC diamondback with front suspension only.
I bought these about 6 months ago, i wouldnt reccomend them for off-road really unless it was just casual riding and not serious cross country or similar.
When you pump them up (i use 45psi) for use on the road they are great, ive been using them on a single speed and they feel like theyve got a low rolling resistance but not so low that you lose confidence in the corners. Ive also not had a puncture with them yet but i couldnt say how far ive ridden (not a huge distance yet - i plan to change that though)
Overall, 16 quid for two tyres which are pretty strong and compared to mountain bike tyres much lighter and give good grip with good speed.
