Tight fit to start with but don't be tempted to go for a larger fit as they soon loosen up and you have to keep tightening up the velcro straps. they can start to slide down your arms on rough stuff when they do it's time to replace or sew the straps back a bit thus streaching the elastic more and hey presto a good tight fit again .Very comfy even in summer .a good buy
Bought a pair of these about four months ago and they are ACE, came off my bike last week and they stayed put and saved my elbow HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Watch the sizes as they stretch!
