NS Bikes Surge 2 Frame 2012
The Surge is a great all round frame for anyone who likes to go hard in all kinds of conditions. It will be perfect for hucking, shore riding and downhill, yet at the same time comfortable on longer rides and great for dirt jumping. We believe that steel is the best material for this kind of frame giving the bike a great feel and making it absolutely bombproof.
Our freeride hardtail has become an even better all-rounder this year. The most important update on the Surge are the elegant adjustable dropouts. Thanks to this, it is now possible to run this frame single speed or with derailleur. The frame has also lost some weight, so now it will be even better suited for all round use. The Surge is available in 2 sizes M and L will work correctly with 120-160mm forks and 26” wheels

the best hartail i have ever ridden, looks great with clean lines and rides very nicely, with the steel taking some of the harshnes out of rougher ground, perfect geomatry for more agressive riding but i have also used it for longer rides with no problems. i run mine with 140mm forks and its beautiful! buy it now!!

Got the 2009 model so no adjustable chainstays, but this frame is awesome. Set up with an adjustable fork (U-turn Sektor) and seatpost (X fusion) I use this for everything, downhill, xc, jumps and also my daily commute. If you want the perfect frame, get this - cannot recommend it highly enough!

just built my new 2011 model up today with 140mm fork and 1x9. only had a quick ride but it feels brilliant, im 6'2' so to have the standover of a small frame on a bike with the stretch of a 17" is a revelation! the finish is a kind of matt effect and looks great. be warned though, mine didnt come with a seatclamp but i've mailed CRC so they may send one yet and with an e-13 LS1 HT guide fitted its a good job i have an external bearing BB and had to space out the guide or it would of hit the chainstay. Ill post a review of how it rides after ive given it a thrashin!
