Bought this for my mate; duckegg for christmas 05 as a follow up to last years gift chain reaction 3+4, I think he likes it and has inspired him loads, I am giving it a 5 because its different and beautifull shot and undertaken. Shot on real film this is a special release. given the option id give it 4.5: great film, action, great shots, decent riding but felt it was lacking something, so given it 5 as its well worth watching and worth more than 4. great effort and interesting 'making of' feature on the DVD. If i knew enough good riders id make one like this.
At only 40 mins long, you might think this is a rip off. Well, your wrong! After watching it several times you really begin to appreciate the massive work put in. The awsome locations, unique camera angles and world class riding all laced together with a brilliant soundtrack really suceeds in showing that mountain biking is a really cool thing to be a part of. Rant over, go buy! PS Berrecloth is amazing.
Quality not quantity unlike the 4 disc chain reaction box set tat.
Fantastic sound track and footage - An mtb dvd you can show in the presents of non bikers and not be embarrassed a shite thrashy sound track or angry teenagers!
The Collective is to DVD’s what Dirt is to MBUK.
