I've been using the 2005 Cammo version for about a year. It is comfortable, well vented and sits quite low so it looks like you're wearing it rather than it being perched on the top of your head like some other helmets. I have a huge head but the large fits fine. The pads are replaceable although the straps do not remove so are a bit fiddly to clean. I'd buy another.
While not exactly cheap cheap this is still an excellent value helmet. Good looking, well constructed and most importantly of all an excellent fit - the Giro Roc-Loc system is very good at tailoring the fit to suit your head. Also the Xen does look like I'm wearing it rather than resting it on top of my head - a criticism I have of a lot of helmets (on me at least).
Good things about the Xen: Looks, fit, venting, good peek.
Bad things: The buckle sits over the centre of my throat - would be better over to the side a bit (not uncomfortable though, just a bit odd feeling initially).
The most complimentary thing I can say about it is after a few minutes I forgot I was wearing it - the fit is that good and it didn't move about over rough terrain.
borrowed this off a mate cuz i had to wear it on a demo ride. I usually hate wearing helmets. i find them too hot and uncomfortable. but i forgot i was wearing it aroung 5 mins in and didnt notice it until the end of the ride. amazing
