New CRC Workshop & Staff members gain Cytech Accreditation.

Here at Chain Reaction Cycles we strive to bring our customers the best service possible. We have experienced a period of growth over the last two years and have increased our workforce to meet the demands of our growing customer base. As our workshop and showroom teams have expanded we thought it was time to have all of our new members trained to meet the cycling industry’s only recognised professional standard by gaining Cytech Accreditation.

Our new workshop and showroom members have been trained by our existing Cytech accredited professional cycle mechanics and have recently undergone extensive training and assessments through the Cytech Accreditation Scheme where all everyone passed with flying colours.

We were paid a visit by Julian Thrasher (ATG Cycle Trainer & Assessor) who is a registered Cytech Accreditation Assessor. Julian carried out one on one assessment’s with each member of staff and was very impressed at the high levels of knowledge and aptitude that our team members already displayed, and this can be put down to the fact that all of our workshop and showroom staff are avid two wheeled enthusiasts and racers.
