Builds up to be a great fun bike. It's good on the way up: light and very responsive when you stomp on the pedals. When the track points downwards, it all becomes a happy blur. Very confidence inspiring and stable - a complete blast. I ended up doing about twice the speed I normally go on my StumpJumper :)
Bike gets admired by all who see it! It's also great value! I can't think of any reason not to get one!

got a 16" mmmbop and built it up with coil lyriks and drop seatpost. i was gonna hold out for the new cotic bfe but i saw this at a good price and took the plunge, and im glad i did. 2 lbs lighter than the cotic and it takes a 1.5"headset that makes the front solid. the bike climbs like a goat on red bull and with the seat down it can keep with full sus bikes on the downs. the cable routing is great .all threads and fitting were spot on and welds very tidy. also found the bike quite comfy for an alu hardtail. it just feels right from the moment you throw a leg over. i will be purchasing the ti version come summer time. and not forgeting the value of this frame. it compares with and beats most of it competitors cost far more. i purchased this over the blue pig for its much lighter weight, the fact it could take my drop post and the chunky headset ...................... buy one now
Got the mmmBop and all the good reviews are true. Super fun to ride, a super climber, very stable when going down, even at high speed. It works great for XT rides as well. I love that it got room for decent size rubber. In fact I sold my full suspension bike as the Ragley is all I need. I just wish it had a cool head badge.
I've had this bike since December, really really good. When built right it can be light, but its bomb proof. I've done everything for fast XC spins to long all day epic adventures. Can handle anything I've done at home, the UK, the Alps and the US. Just eats up the ground in front of it! Truly a savage bike.

Bought this when decided to change my Exalt for something lighter, what i did not realise is that it is just as capable of the bonkers stuff, if you are less that 6 feet get the small, great sizing good stretch and loads of stand-over clearance, only thing I had to buy was a hope step-down headset swapped the rest over, feels a little sharper at the rear but totally secure on the trails.
an absolute must.. for all

had the bike a week with the 1.5 headset the front feels solid almost like a downhill bike.it just goes wherever you point it and nothing knocks it off line.as for climbing it will go up anything better than any other hardtail i have owned.it handles singletrack with point and shoot ability and has that stable feeling that makes you want to tackle anything.its light enough for xc yet burly enough for some aggro.if you want a one bike for everything i would highly recommend.its not as harsh as my old stiffee but obviously not as compliant as the ti version.its one of those bikes that just feels right.ive built mine with xt group set hope xc hubs on 5.1 rims oro brakes carbon dh bars thomson seat post and it comes in at 27lb.the cable guides and disc mounts are a clever touch.
Purchased my large MmmBop from Chainreaction and am happy with the overall look and quality of the frame although I have yet to test it...winter snow and cold pluss... Got the frame in good time and great condition asside from an inperfection in the drive side bb shell threads. As a result of paint removal from the bb shell face on the drive side the first thread is messed up and as a result a rechasing of the bb threads is needed. Minor, but requires an extra trip to the local shop and some cash. Should be caught in final factory quality control. Otherwise I have tested a Blue Pig extensively prior to purchase and absolutely loved it, thus the purchase of the lighter MmmBop.
