i bought these elbow guards because I wanted to start downhill mountain biking and they are so uncomfortable and so chunky I took them off as soon as I put them on these are a not buy for me too big and chunky and UNCOMFORTABLE!!

they do the job there supposed and protect your arms well nough but i found them a bit restricting and a bit alwkard to ride in.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous these pads are pretty good at actually protecting elbows, but they aren't that flexible. make sure you get the right size cos they can slip a hell of a lot. they're also pretty damn chunky, which may be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what you feel
