Rated 5 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Solid + Comfy I was surprised how comfy this suit was when riding, good freedom of movement with little in the way of feeling restricted. The pads and plates are solid and the spongy chest plate it a nice touch. I wore it for a couple of hours on a downhill session and was really happy with the feel and the all round support. Make sure you get the right size!!!!!! To big is no good :) 17 November 2013

Answer:
As your sizing falls between the sizing parameters it would be advisable to wear the pressure suit so that it is a snug fit, but too tight could restrict movement.

The Large size would likely provide the best protection and comfort for yourself.
