Rated 2 out of 5 by buon prodotto ma problemi sulle taglie Sono delle buone gomitiere ma bisogna prendere 1 o 2 taglie in meno rispetto alle tabella delle taglie. Io ho preso una taglia in meno e nello smosso scendono.... 09 October 2014
21 September 2014
18 July 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 Terrible! Although I haven't been able to use this so all I can say is the elbow pad itself isn't the issue, it's the straps, they're absolutely useless. The pad itself fitted perfectly but the strap was way to long so I couldn't get it tight enough to stay on. I'm not game enough to buy the next size down in case I waste more money on a pad with over sized velcro straps. If you decide to take that chance make sure you go the next size down to compensate for the strap length. 24 June 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by poor material, uncomfortable I'm not so happy to receive this uncomfortable and poor material made item!!! 07 May 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Decent Product Got recommened these by a friend so thought I would try them out. Well worth it. Fit well and dont shake out of place. Good buy and study. Just make sure you order the right size as I had to go larger on the legs and smaller in the arms. Check and read the sizing guide properly. 08 April 2014

Sizing for elbow guards

So, the sizing guide for the elbow guards is typically ambiguous.
I just measured the diameter of my forearms at 27Cm. Now, I'm a slim guy so there is no way I need an XL (According to the chart)
So where exactly should you measure your biceps and forearms? 3inches from your elbow, more...less?

Generally, I find taking a measurement 4 inches beyond and before your elbow (or wherever the widest point is) gives you accurate forearm and bicep measurements. As the majority of guards now use Velcro adjustment straps, there is usually plenty of room for error. I would say you will be fine to use Medium or Large guards in most brands.

To be honest going by the length of my straps it wouldn't matter where you measure. My straps literally wrap around my arm twice.
