è piuttosto tozzo, quindi può dare noie in fase di montaggio con la pedivella.
attenzione in fase di montaggio a ben posizionare le viti di serraggio, altrimenti queste si incastrano storte nella plastica e raddrizzarle è noioso.

Rated 2 out of 5 by VeggieTrailTroll Flash Guard But Don't Bash Too Hard
A sad day as this is my first review that's negative. The Blackspire Bashguard is a very tastey looking bit of kit ( I purchased the white ) & it has cleaned up very well using MUC-OFF & the garden hose. So it looks good, cleans well but is now about to crack into many, many pieces!!!! Hair line cracks around the bolts ( not overtightened ) and a split all the way through from the edge to the middle. I don't know how hard rocks and roots have hit my bash and it may just be at the end of its life ( not that i've had it that long ) saving my bike from more harm but now it's time for me to lay it to rest.....RIP bash....for the money you cost, you should have lasted alot longer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous Ok product for easy terrain, otherwise reconsider
I bought this bash guard last summer. Now It has totally given up. I mainly ride xc- or all mountain terrain and bash guard has taken hit when rolling over fallen tree trunks. It has bearly any wear marks on the outer edge. Anyway, the structure around the bolt holes has cracked so badly it could be pulled away when chainring bolts were still intact. Problem, from my experience seems to be in the qualities of Lexan, from what this bash guard is made of. Lexan (polycarbonate) is a fairly hard plastic and thus, tends to crack under pressure. Softer material would bend, not crack.
Bottom line would be that this bash guard has saved my chainring, but my friends riding the same routes haven't had a material problem like this with competing products.

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Fairly light, very solid, Id say would work for ring 36t to 39t.
