Answer: 
Sram DB5 brakes run the same pads as the Avid Elixirs and the pads you need can be found below.

Sintered pads are harder wearing than organic so they are ideally suited to wet and muddy conditions. Organic pads on the other hand are softer and better suited to dry and dusty conditions.

The M9020 caliper runs the J02A or J04C pads, and is also compatible with the G02A/G04Ti pads as well. The below pads will be fine.
