Rated 2.8 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 2 out of 5 by Its closer to a bag than a box This product is a good idea, a cheap and lightweight bike box to offer more protection than a bag. However, it isn't solid enough. My bike is only 7.5kg but when it is strapped into the harness inside the box, the outer shell deforms, allowing the delicate chainring to rest on the base of the box. The material it is made from would provide more protection from scratches than a bag, but the box goes out of shape when loaded with a bike making the wheels uneven on the base. Because of the lack of rigidity in the box, extra padding and protection would still be needed, meaning that you might as well get a bag that is much cheaper, lighter and you won't need a suitcase as well because you can put more items in with the bike. 29 November 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value, but you get what you pay for There are some reviews here that express strong opinions, so I'll just add some bullets: -My bike arrived without any damage -I could use the wheels to transport it about 2 km using only one hand -This transport is not effortless, but very possible -If you're looking for something that is as easy to roll around as a bike, spend more money -Skewers are outside the box, but for me this was not a problem -Cheapest hard box around (some airlines would only accept a hard box) 26 September 2013
Rated 1 out of 5 by Worst Bike Box Ever While the box originally appears strong the reality is different. The box is hard but flimsy at the same time (made out of stiff material but it will move around fairly easily). The skewers for the wheels do up on the outside of the box. Given that the box will move around the skewers managed to pierce other luggage including the second bike box. I have no idea how the bikes survived but am thankful they did. The inside is not very padded. We ended up using foam tubing to try to ensure the bikes would make it to the race we were traveling to as the boxes were just not reliable. There were no instructions with the box on how to lay out the bike. Some of the hold downs on the inside of the box ripped off while we were doing them up (even though almost no pressure was applied) for the very first time. There is nothing to really hold onto while wheeling the boxes in the airport. As the boxes are flimsy they don't stand up on their own well. If you unfortunately purchased this box, never leave it's side if you have it upright as it will fall over. 29 August 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by Good quality Good quality bike case that feels well built with decent wheels on the base and securing straps inside Only down side it is not wide enough to store my bike - Lapierre Zesty If you have a thin rear swingarm then this is very good value for money and will be safe on any flight 16 June 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Sturdy - lots of space i bought this as i am going to Australia in August. it came next day (naturally) thanks to CRCs fast processing and postage the item its self is quiet light and is very rigid, i can fit my road bike (56cm frame) in no problems with plenty of space left over for kit, shoes and other assorted items. Bike is secured inside by straps that keep it from moving in a suspended manner meaning you shouldn't need to remove the rear derailleur. It packs down super quick - Lower seat post, remove wheels and pedals, drop bars and that's it. lastic wheels My only concern is the pon the case feel a bit flimsy, but this shouldn't stop you from purchasing. For all intensive purposes this a really quality item. loads of protection for the price 12 June 2013

Answer:
You will be able to fit your TT bike into this bike box, but 4 wheels will be a squeeze. The box is a refined fit to ensure it is not overly bulky and with this there is only room for 2 wheels.

It looks like the case will be a little snug once the bike is in there - how much additional room is there?

Answer:
The padding in the bag is designed to limit movement on the inside; making additional packing space limited.
