I have a habit of losing chainring bolts, so I bought these to replace the race face bolts I'd lost. After 6 months of riding I haven't lost one. They look nice too.

Short bolts that do the trick. I wanted to loose my big ring for extra clearance and this allowed me to run just the middle without a bash guard or anything additional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Oli2013 Great for pimping old chainsets
These look great on not so great chainsets, I added them to a stock single-speed grey Deore chainset and made it look a lot more "custom". Bit expensive at full price though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Superman Light and looks good
I bought a few sets of these already. It looks good on the bike and super light. Just make sure that they are lightly greased before they are tightened for the first time, they can strip easily if not careful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Snowing Fa il suo lavoro.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Well made and light
These chain ring bolts are well made and look very precise in their manufacture and they are light, but be warned i ordered red ones to suit my bike but they are in fact undeniably pink. Think its more to do with anodizing not taking to red very well. Otherwise cant complain they do the job nicely and don't really even need the special tool to tighten them up if you use a little thread-lock.

I had these for some months fitted on at rotor 3d crank. They are really lightweight (to light i Believe) and gives a nice touch to your crank. But, after proper tighten and after tighten after some weeks they just popped out all in one during a sprint from low gear (54-14) on my tempo bike. I got really hurt (many patches of asphalt exeme) since I flew off my bike due to high torque and got some nasty scratches on my BMC tempo bike.
So if you ride your bike and not just show it off, stay away from these and get something stronger.
