how to fit these in

What tool would I need to put these pins in and what size would fit?
I bought a set already and stupidly screwed them in my hand, tedious, tricky and still really loose, on my first ride I'd lost most of the pins, so I know there must be a tool that would allow me to screw these in properly, cheers.

Answer:
These pins require a 5mm hex socket spanner to fit. You can usually get away with a small pair of precision pliers if you don't have a suitable socket.
