Castelli Nanoflex Armwarmer

We always strive for total performance and total innovation, but sometimes we surprise ourselves. This NanoFlex fabric behaves just like our Thermoflex fabric in dry conditions, but then provides unbelievable water repellency when it starts raining. We don’t claim that it’s fully waterproof, but it’s the most effective thing we’ve ever made for keeping you comfortable in all conditions. It’s just barely short of a miracle.

  • Water-resistant NanoFlex fabric.
  • Same breathability, stretch and warmth as our standard Thermoflex warmers.
  • Great in every possible condition.
  • 79g (pair)

Rated 5 out of 5 by Buy some! THE best arm warmers, do not slide down, warm and comfortable. I have fairly slim arms and the size L fits perfect.. I would recommend buying same size as your Castelli jersey..if u have one :) 01 October 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good quality kit Good arm warmers. Water resistant as the packaging says, however, struggles with a heavy downpour like the ones here in Sydney. Drys out pretty quickly while riding though and does keep you pretty warm. I have the L and am 6ft with a decent wingspan - they fit pretty snuggly in the forearm, and are also a little bit long, but not by much. Have been excellent for the past 2 week's damp commutes. 29 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Fit well and comfy across a wide temperature range I have now worn these in a range of conditions - they keep me warm when it;s cold (as they should) and they also cope well with warmer temperatures - so I have found myself leaving them on when I have been on longer rides where it has reached 20 degrees celcius without feeling at all hot and bothered. So far as the "nanoflex" rain-resistance aspect is concerned, this generally lives up to expectation and rain tends to bead up rather than soak through. When it is really raining hard, I can feel the drops initially hitting my arms, but then I don't tend to feel particularly wet/soaked from it weirdly enough - so I would definitely agree that they are more water/rain resistant (but not totally water proof of course) compared to my other arm warmers. I am 186cm tall and currently 69kg with relatively long and thin arms. Size large seems to fit me perfectly and what I really like about these armwarmers is that Castelli has ensured that they are long enough (relative to some of my armwarmers from other brands, which also generally fit snug, but which aren't as long in relation to their snugness). They don't really ride down or anything, but I have nonetheless still had the annoyance at times of a gap of skin appearing between my jersey and the the top of the armwarmer - which I blame on the sleeves of my jersey (being too short) rather than the armwarmers themselves. When I have where a jersey with a decent enough sleeve length this is not a problem. 10 May 2014

Very few manufacturers will actually lay out a size chart for their arm or leg warmers.
The general way to choose your size is to go for the same as what you choose in tops.
