Castelli Presto Due Kiss3 Pad Bibshorts

One of the meanings of Presto in Italian is quick, and that’s how we tried to make this short look. From the flowing lines to the aggressive use of color and contrast, this short will make you stand out. We’ve built in all the technical details too, from the Affinity 210 Lycra fabric to the KISS3 seat pad, a mesh bib and our new 50/50 Light Compress leg gripper. This short offers excellent muscle support and compression, a very anatomical fit, and a seat pad that’s been proven by the pink jersey wearer at the GIRO d’Italia. Very quick indeed.

Castelli Presto Due Kiss3 Pad Bibshorts Features:

  • Affinity 210 Lycra fabric provides outstanding stretch and rebound
  • Anatomic cut
  • 50/50 Light compress leg gripper
  • Mesh bib for breathability
  • Sublimated graphic side panel
  • 2 Rear reflective tabs

Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Look good and appear well made. These seem like an excellent pair of bib shorts. Unfortunately I've not been able to put them to the test as the pair I've ordered are too small. I'm a 30" waist and 5' 9", ordered the small which should have been fine, however they were very tight and the straps a bit short. I'd happily exchange for a larger size, but CRC only have small left. 03 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by So comfy! Absolutely brilliant comfort. I've been a MTB'er for a few years and have been dabbling in more Road lately. Distances rising recently to a couple of 50 and 60 miles and a London to Paris coming up meant I wanted some bibshorts with a little more comfort. I have mid-range quality shorts from Northwave, Campagnolo and Endura but these are something else. Did a 100+ miler this weekend and found the pad very comfortable indeed. Feels like a quality product and well worth the extra, especially if you have long rides planned. Word of warning, my other shorts are fine for me at XL. Tried these in XL and found they are a little tight. Doesn't necessarily mean you should go up a size, but check the sizing info carefully in comparison with other brands. I have a matching jersey as well where I did go up to XXL and it was a better fit. 22 July 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Comfortable and durable Have been using a pair for six months now and no complaints, not even slightly uncomfortable even after five hour ride. They are a little tight fitting so I would recommend getting a size up, great pair of shorts and you can't go wrong with them. the 01 January 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent quality for the price Brilliant set of bibs for the price. Love the fit (I got a small mens and I am a womens size 10 / small) I do also have a medium size pair of mens Castelli bibs and they fit too, but only a bit looser than the small on me. Chamois is comfortable and good quality.....highly recommend to anyone...male or female :) 27 December 2013

Sizing Please

I have read that Castelli are a tight fit. At 98cm Waist and 107cm Hips that the XXL would be my size? The draw back is i'm am 172cm tall and am thinking the shoulder straps may be too long. Any suggestions please?

Answer:
Had a look into this and spoke with a colleague. the straps on most bibshorts will be shorts to accommodate some smaller folk.
So if you think that you are an XXL based on the size guide, we'd say to go for that.
