Rated 1 out of 5 by Baldie Good unit - bad mount
Unit itself does everything I need. Tells me how fast, how far and how much more time I can stay out!
The mount is very poor, doesn't hold the unit securely and the unit fell off. I didn't even go back to try and find it - it would have fallen off another day. The mount felt loose after only a few uses.

A budget product that coves all bases. Does the job well

5 Functions including max speed, the current time and your total distance.
Looks neat and tidy, wish they rolled the wire into a circle for packaging though as it comes out really squared and is hard totie it down to my brake cable neatly.
The only gripe with this product is the lack of backlight, basically renders this product useless at night. That being said I've looked for a budget computer and none of them seem to have backlights.

Basic, does what it says it will do and that's it. Please with it. After 2 years of daily commuting I'm impressed its mount on my bars is still snug!

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous You get what you pay for
I commute 2-3 times a week at about 150k's average.
I bought this computer with the Cateye front and rear lights. I have not even completed 1000k's and it will not pickup the magnetic pulse. The computer had not been removed and there is plenty of battery life.
For what it is and how much it costs, it is good value, but you get what you pay for.

Terrific little bit of kit for not a lot of money. A doddle to set up and use it's as idiot proof as it is weatherproof. Unless you desperately need average speed (which is easily enough worked out anyway dividing miles by time) or advanced features then I really don't see the point in spending a lot more.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Anonymous Good value for money
I could not justify spending an extra £20 or so to get a wireless computer, and I was not interested in the extra features that more expensive computers provided. The computer itself is nice and small, not taking up too much space on my handlebars, but the sensor on the end of the wire is much more bulky than I would have expected. When installing the computer, however, the supplied cable ties were very poor quality and brittle, and broke before I could tighten them to hold the computer in place. The instructions on set up were ok, they could have been clearer but it is a relatively simple task anyway. Overall the computer itself works fine, but the bulky sensor and annoyingly poor cable ties were a let down, but I would buy another should it break because it is very good value for money in my mind.

bicycle touring, 4000 miles covered, working perfectly. very accurate. Did stop working once for a day, due to being left out in continuous rain for over 24hours, dried it out, worked great again. fantastic value for money.
