Kevlar reinforced: Introducing Kevlar into the compound increases the frictional properties of the pad increasing performance.
Ceramic material: The coefficient of ceramic means that introduced to the disc pad material the frictional properties are higher in wet conditions.
Red & Yellow Copper: Materials with different densities are used to create a balance in braking performance, so performance is maintained during low & high speed riding.
Improved Heat Dissipation: The uniquely designed backing plate increases the surface area of the plate allowing heat to be dissipated quicker. The grooves also reducing the contact area therefore slowing the transference of heat between pad and caliper.
Durability: These features combined giving a 35%-45% increase in durability compared to a standard sintered pad.

I bought these pads to replace my original pads for the Shimano FC-M430 brakes, and they immediately fit prefectly and without noise during braking since the first run.
The breaking strenght is better than the original but they last less. If you are looking for a better product as replacement for the standard ones, this is a good choice.

I needed a good altervative to the original Shimano BR-M415 pads that lasted only a season on my bike. It has been a year now since I changed the pads for these Clarks, and I am sure I can do another year with those ones.
Excellent braking power in all weather conditions, I haven't any braking power loss under the rain. The only down side is that Clarks provides a litle bit too short split pin, but hey, keep the old one and that's it.

Bought as replacement of original Shimano pads on a commute bike.
Easy to replace.
Brakes very well.
Seem to last long.
Squeal in rain, snow and foggy weather (but a little less than the Shimano's)
