Rated 5 out of 5 by Pabb An absolute weapon!
I bought this frame as I wanted something for riding technical terrain but I didn't want long travel.
What can I say, I love this frame! Let's get the weight out of the way first... it's no light weight but you can see where all the weight has gone, in the solidity of the frame and pivots. I have no worries about this frame failing on me. I've ridden downhill trails, enduro and normal XC. This thing is so stable at speed that it's my ability that can't keep up any more resulting in a few offs...all my fault! the weight is all low down so feels very nimble....it carves!
It's a very efficient climber, I can't say I notice any bob or suspension inefficiencies.
Downsides... internal cable routing in the rear triangle is fiddly, lack of bottle cage bolts, rear shock needs a volume reducer to get the best out of it. This is cheap and easy to sort though.
I'd recommend running this frame with slightly longer forks. 140s feel good.
Don't buy one! I like the fact that mine's is the only one I see out there on my local trails :)
