Expensive but very light and fairly reliable. For competitions only

their a light tube I have put 1 on the front and it seems to be doing well no puncture yet but like 1 of the reviewers said supersonic on the front and a race light 28 on the back and your good to go. just watch the tire as you pump up the wheel very carefully, make sure you haven't pinched the tube so slow pumping please

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous Not as good as Race lights
I bought these when I bought my new zip tyres and they are very easy to puncture if you are not sure what you are doing.
I have done about 200 miles and have decided to stick with Race Lights instead. For around £12 there is not much diffrence in preformance.
Race Lights are around £7 and I have never had a problem. Done thousands of miles on those type with out fault.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Best way to reduce weight
Simply put, these are the cheapest why to save weight. For an extra tenner they knock between 100grams - 150 grams out of the rotation weight. Rough calc for me means that's 800grams out the rotation force. Its very noticeable in the bends and acceleration. When I stuck these with some light 195grams tyres I effectively saved 200 grams from my old set up and it only cost me £25 extra in total. So basically I have saved the weight of my old tubes bargain. Also on my training ride I am 4 minutes faster, very happy and no more punctures than normal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous great product
This is another fine product from Continental. Not sure why they need to be more expensive than their other tubes after all there is less material in the item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Excellent, but handle with care.
Excellent upgrade for anyone serious about setting a personal best, or for giving their bike an extra bit of 'zing'. The ride is noticeably quicker (both MTB and Road), but I would exercise caution when fitting - the tube is incredibly thin, and it is a good idea to apply a bit of talcum pwder to the tube before fitting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Highly recommended.
Highly recommended, usual continental quality.
Very low weight, some say this makes them more fragile, but if you want light tubes, there is often a trade-off. You can't expect same toughness as heavier tubes.
I use these on my fast summer racer, on often rough roads surfaces with no problems at all.
If you intend to use light, high quality tyres (GP4000s etc') then to not use these tubes for heavier ones would be daft.
Air pressure retention over time is very good.
