Rated 5 out of 5 by musekidd Excellent winter tyre with "Gription"!
I bought these as winter tyres to replace my Conti Gatorskins (size: 27" x 1 1/4"). After my first ride of 34 miles covering wet roads, cycle paths packed with leaves, and some rough & muddy dirt tracks... I love 'em. They provide excellent traction when stopping and smooth cornering. They are a little heavier and less responsive than the Conit GS, but this is what you'd expect from the design. I'll post again after several months of testing. Cheers.

CX Comp:
+ Немного мягче (меньше чувствуешь камни, ямки на дороге);
+ Лучше входит в повороты и под наклоном на высоких скоростях (видимо за счет увеличенного радиуса. На CX Comp вроде и не сносило еще, но ощущение что теряю сцепление есть);
- В грязи и мокрой траве хуже сцепление и проскальзывает ощутимо больше чем CX Comp;
- CX Comp по обочине и в сухом песке легче удержать равновесие и меньше теряешь скорость;
Оба колеса идут с защитой от проколов, однако у Continental сама резина толще, что внушает больше доверия. Мне больше CX Comp понравился;

Very happy with these tyre's. I put a set on my commmuting bike 6 months ago and subjected them to a winter of abuse. They worked well in all the snow and ice and i haven't managed to punchure them yet. I would definately recomend these tyres.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous Not durable 'Commuting Tyre'
'Puncture resistant'? ...just ditched the rear wheel on my ride after 7th rear wheel puncture in last 3 weeks average, only 14 weeks total commuting to/from work (approx. 1000km's). Retrieved from tyre wall 3 nails, 2 x staple and 1 glass shard. Yeah quite disappointed - resistant to punctures, slow 'roller' (max. 70PSI). Shan't be purchasing another set.

Bought a set of these tyres (700-47) for my Kona Ute (cargo bike) as I was going to use it on an organised mountain bike sportive.
They grip and roll and roll and grip...quite unbelievable... both off road and on and I feel pretty confident they are puncture proof too.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Great tyre - but heavy and med rolling resistance. Very comfortable tyre. I am using 700c 47 - so as wide as I can get it to allow me to go off road in some muddy paths.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Slow, Comfortable, Cheap, Puncture Resistant
I use these for commuting and general riding on a Specialized Crosstrail (a true hybrid, mountain bike frame, 700C wheels). These tyres a good value for money and have a good grip on tracks, paths and pavements. On tarmac these are secure but slow rolling due to their weight and high rolling resistance; however still recommend them.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous Slow but Tough
I am 300lbs plus and this tire is the best thing that can happen to a 20+ mile per day commuter like myself. Slow but I don't worry about punctures, traction, or beating the heck out of my rims.
I have tried others but this is the best so far.
