Rated 4.6 out of 5 by 12 reviewers.
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great bike to build upon as you progress. After research based on frame versus groupset value, the Corratec won hands down. Frame feels secure and high quality, 105 is as good as it gets at this price point, and the bike rides as a sum of it's parts. Wheels are the obvious weak point, but these can be upgraded as money and ability dictates. Sizing is important, but if this bike fits you, there's nothing better out there. 07 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent bike for entry level This bike, given the components it boasts (especially its 105 drive train), is a bargain for that price. Straight out of the box you can see and feel it is robustly built, and it's of a good quality. I would recommend this one to anyone interested in taking on road cycling as a sport. The only drawback is the "pro-size" system, according to Corratec a 55cm should be able to accommodate from 54 to 57. I'm 177 cm tall, and according to the chart the 55cm was my size. However, I felt too overstretched after setting my seat post and saddle to the right position. Eventually I had to order a shorter stem in order to fit comfortably in this one. The other option would have been to order the 50cm, but that one was just too small. Just bear that in mind when ordering this bike, try to ensure you will fit in the one you order. I would have give it 5 out of 5, but I'm giving 4 stars just because of the size issue. 06 March 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Really happy Couldn't decide for a long time which bike to choose but so glad I went for the Corratec. Light, fast and looks great. Very very happy. 27 February 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Excellent value for money I have owned a 2009 Dolomiti Tiagra (9 speed) for years so when I saw an opportunity to upgrade to a 105 based 10 speed I jumped at it. This bike is great value for money. It handles great and is very nimble in the corners. Key components are 105 but this "Limited Edition" seems to have slightly lower spec wheels and a Tiagra chainset compared to the more expensive "standard 105" version. The black color scheme is a bit dull but at that price I can't really complain. A great bike to get into road biking and is ideal for commuting and training. 26 February 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by 1000 miles in and still deeply in love! I spent ages deciding on my first proper road bike and went for this.... What a decision!! Weighing just under 9kg, it's super light for the price. Gearing is superb, obscenely smooth. Braking is fantastic. Handles beautifully. Looks lovely in the flesh. Climbs well and has good top end speed. At £600 I genuinely couldn't be happier. 23 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by superb value, very impresed. having had a lot high end road bikes, this is up with them. The quality and components are superb, ride position is excellent. This bike is asteal, please buy one you wont regret it. 09 January 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stunning for the money! As a first time 'Roady' I couldn't be happier, to find this spec you are looking around the the £900 to £1000, so for £600 this bike is a bargin!! The 105's are extremely smooth and the build quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this bike as a first time buy! 17 December 2013
Rated 4 out of 5 by Great bike, stands out above other bikes for same price. Having riden mtb and a hybrid for a while I recently got into road cycling, having tried a few bikes I was looking for somethig above entry level but not too pricey for my first road bike. I got this in the sale so only paid £600 and what a bargain. I stand at 6ft 3" and am quite a bit heavier than you're average cyclist at 110kg but have had no problems with the bike... wheels have been strong. Its a great bike, comfortable when spending a good few hours on the saddle but able to make commuters look silly when riding round london! 22 October 2013

Trying to decide between the bottom two sizes available for my son - do you have a geometry sheet? Can't see one on the Corratec site either?

Answer:
Hi Gorjanc.

The crankset is a Shimano Tiagra FC-4650 Compact. 110mm Bolt Circle Diameter. The outer chainring has 50 teeth and the inner chainring has 34 teeth.

The cassette is a Shimano Tiagra 4600 12-28T 10 speed. Combination : 12,13,14,15,17,19,21,23,25,28 - toothed sprockets.

The Shimano M540 Clipless SPD MTB (Mountain Bike) Pedals would fit on this bike. Some people do use MTB pedals on road bikes, but they are a minority.

Have a look at this URL : http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/ie/en/pedals/road-clipless-pedals?f=2259

There you can check out the latest range of Road Clipless Pedals that CRC currently have on offer.

Regards,

Rossetti.

Hi,

I am 6 foot tall with a inside leg measurement of 33 cm. Could you confirm if the 55cm frame would be a good fit for me or should I go for the 60cm?

Thanks

I am 5'10" with inside leg 34" and I don't know if medium size (50 cm) could fit me. What do you think?
I have been using a Cube Litening Super HPC size 58, and it was ok for me.

Mido 1m 78cm y la altura de la entrepierna es de 86 cm. ¿Que talla de bici sería la adecuada para mi en la marca Corratec?
He estado usando una bici Cube Litening Super HPC de la talla 58 hasta hace poco que me iba bien.

Many thanks for your help.
