Rated 3.8 out of 5 by 38 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Simple and reliable Have a couple of these sets, and really like them... Fairly discrete appearance and decent protection... I swap them between bikes without problem 24 August 2014
Rated 1 out of 5 by Ужасный внешний вид Поставив их на велосипед тут же снял, велосипед стал похож на "Ашан", даже не стал проверять их свойства по защите от грязи. 01 August 2014
Rated 5 out of 5 by great quality mud guard set The white went great with my bike, but I did battle to get the front guard on as my Mongoose Tyax has a very fat down tube. I was nervous and thought I might snap those thin elasticised bands but they held. They didn't even appear to be stressed at all....Kudos to Crud for that. My only gripe was that the underside hooks those bands have to be attached to have square edges. So that may be the only weak point. You could always use cable ties if the bands break though. Often manufacturers make a great product but lose out on 5 stars for a weak attachment....Crud has all 5ive stars here. Highly recommended 05 May 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Prodotto ben fatto e robusto Il posteriore si monta velocemente e protegge bene, in dotazione spessori per diametri diversi. L'anteriore, non semplice il montaggio su tubo obliquo "0ver-Size" causa elastici in dotazione. 02 May 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by Front is better than the rear, but both functional. I have used Cruds on the front for over 15 years and have seen the shape change quite a bit. The front works OK but i've never like the rubber ties they come with any small crash and they snap. they also deteriorate over time as well. you do have to set them a little further back on some frames so your forks dont catch them. The rear is fairly useless, i bought the rear for my cummuter as my bike has no lugs for full mudguards, the bracket is fairly decent for the design but i would never use this for MTB. I have just started using Muckynutz Gut Fender and Face fender and they are great, really light and a good price, i will be using these from now on. 30 April 2014
Rated 3 out of 5 by protege bien Un peu de modification a faire mais dans l'ensemble très bon produit et efficace 17 April 2014
Rated 4 out of 5 by Good value The rear guard sits pretty high over the wheel, and has limited adjustability so it's left looking more MTX than MTB. The front guard fits on the downtube - my bike has cables running down there so I needed to whip up some spacers. I cut the ends off an old grip to use as washers, which you can squeeze into the right shape then mount the guard on top of those. Works beautifully. The front guard fits up nice and quickly, the rear is easy enough but it's a bit of messing around if you have to do it at short notice before a ride - I prefer to leave them off, fitting them the night before if there is rain forecast. 26 March 2014
Rated 2 out of 5 by "1 minute to fit" really? I'd like to see that great looking piece of kit and does work well at stopping the rubbish hitting yer face or rear. But I'm sorry these are simply not easy to fit especially compared my previous "crud catchers" that were a doddle. I hate the rubber bands which simply slip from your hand when trying to pull them over a fat downtube and thread through the eye of a needle. And the rear is a pain I've lost skin trying to remove the nut from the plastic. Garbage...will be selling on and buying something "simple" 20 March 2014

Answer:
They should be. However, for the front mud guard, you'll have to use trial and error regarding the position on your down tube. you'd probabl need to mount it lower than you would on a 26er.

If the cables on the frame are router along the lower downtube then likely this will be an issue.

Answer:
I have a front crud with cables running above it and i have had no issues the crud sits away slightly and the cables run either side quite happily, i bought the goodridge cable pack which has a piece of blue outer cable that runs between the two main outcables this seems to help with the crud.
