Answer: 
The chainset that is on that bike or the rear wheel will not be able to be changed to an Left Hand Drive set up unfortunately.

You would need a Left Hand Drive compatible set of crank arms and also a change in rear wheel or hub to a Left Hand Drive suitable driver model.
