I was someone who focused very much on other components on the bike, tyres, chain, handlebars etc.. never giving much thought to the pedals.. however I wish I had some time ago. what a difference.. I went for flat pedals as I do a lot of trails and yet I also cycle to work.. My shins are now healing from all the times I have slipped off the pedals... not anymore ! Great pedal. superb grip. made of great material and provide good stability. So much so I bought a pair for all other bikes in the house... Brilliant

yes these pedals are grippy but thats the only good point.cheap unsealed bearings and cheap alloy which creaks when you ride.they dont spin on the axle until you have ridden them a fair few times! do your self a favour and spend a few pounds more on some pedals with sealed bearings. oh and they have a heafty weight too

Brilliant pedals, had them for about a year, nothing wrong whatsoever. grippiest pedals I've ever used. They have a large platform and your feet feel very secure on them. Infact I've only ever slipped off once, and I have some nice little holes in my shins where the pins went in. If you look after them they'll last ages.

Good pedal, pins and concave shape have never given anything other than super grip all year round, I have had these on my bike for a year now and the bearings are starting to wear a bit. They aren't servicable, so far as I can see anyway. The only thing which annoys me about these pedals is their massive dinnerplate like size. These catch the ground all the time, throwing me off the bike regularly. They are so prone to heavy harsh pedal strikes that they have both bent their axles slightly and you can notice when pedalling. Might be ok for a dj bike or something which doesn't bob too much. The low bb S-works enduro 05 and choice of natural dh trail riding don't particularly suit this pedal though and I am looking for something smaller also in a flat pedal.

Grippy pedals, nice concave shape, very comfortable, but the ball bearings do not last long. Worth buying for the price though.

Nice concave shape, good grip even in muddy conditions, the only problem is, those pedals run on ball bearings and they don't have any seals to protect them from dirt. it would be great if those pedals were mounted on cartridge bearings.

Great pedals with a nice price, with lot of grip due to their concave design. Using them for two years right now and yes, of course they need some greasing after use in wet conditions.
