V8’s use exactly the same body design as the V12, but they run on precision ground (1/8 balls),adjustable bearings (and a tough Cro. mo axle. A ‘grease port’ and ‘V-Lube’ syringe mean easy servicing. 9/16” axles fitted as standard),Eight replaceable M4x0.7x8 corner pins, and 12 fitted non-replaceable pins per pedal. We used a specially developed magnesium alloy that is 30% lighter than aluminium but just as tough, to shave 100g off the weight of our standard V8.

Great pedals for the price , very light and strong , only critisism is with the grease gun supplied which is rubbish , looks and feels like something out a xmas cracker .
Get another grease gun and more grease and you've a set of pedals that will last

Got me a pair in the begining of the season. been pretty hard with them on. they get beaten and bashed pretty mutch every ride i take. Lighter than aluminum. Only damage is to the right pedal, two of the "grippers" is knocked of. I imagine they will not need maitinence before the end of the season. The grip is sick! Exellent value. 5 stars, with the price in mind. Dont think you will find any thing better than theese for the same price.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous los peores pedales que he tenido con diferencia, el pie se te suelta cada dos por tres, la arandela que lleva de metal en el lateral va siempre suelta, si lo que buscáis es agarre este NO es vuestro pedal.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Anonymous The pedals themselves are fine, no problems there, so recommended on that score, but if like me you like to keep things lubed properly then the syringe, although a good idea, has about about a quarter of the grease you need and is a pain in the a**e to refill. I'm lucky enough to have a grease gun which makes light work of it and if you have the tools and the grease the grease port is excellent, just don't expect to get these out of the box and use them with the provided grease supplies.

Good pedal with lots of grip, however they "chip" quite easily, got chunks of various sizes missing all over the pedal, should last a year before they'll need replacing though

Been riding spds for years and thought I'd give flatties a try. What a difference ! grip brilliant even on roughest ground. Passed the test in Wales, Lake District, Gisburn and have made me even more confident in my riding. If you're going flat - you must get these !!

The only way to keep yourself on the pedals better than with the V8's is to clip yourself in. Although they do grip shin bone equally as well as trainer sole. I massively recommend these. Get yourself some shin pads tho.
