Strength Boost Welding Technology - First 2 small blocks(sleeves) are pressed in both ends of the rim to stabilize the profile during the welding process. During the welding process the 2 ends move towards each other to achieve a solid joint. Then the seam gets CNC machined. This process guarantess the best rim joint.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous Great Wheels
Great wheels for larger guys. Had these wheels for almost 4 years and still going strong. I'm 95kg and use them as training wheels, and at different times racking up around 500km a week with hills. Almost bulletproof considering the weight they are carrying and the wear and tear from long climbs. Highly recomned these wheels and would not hesitate to buy them again.
