Answer: 
This shock is the remote lockout version, but does not included the lockout lever or cable. The lockout mechanism is on the head of the shock as pictured.

Answer: 
I purchased one of these last year and it comes exactly as shown in the picture with no option of changing to manual lock-out.

Your options are as follows:
1. Use the shock as is - in the always open position, i.e. no lockout function
2. Purchase the DT Swiss remote lockout kit
3. (What I did) Used an old RockShox fork lockout lever for operating the function on the DT Swiss - this worked very well for me

Infelizmente não vendemos o hardware com a medida correcta que você precisa. Teria que comprar uma medida maior e depois reduzir o tamanho manulmente com uma rebarbadora.

Yes; the 200mm is the eye-to-eye length of the shock. When replacing a shock you must ensure the eye-to-eye length is the same, or you risk upsetting the geometry/ handling of the bike.
